Many people are terrified of false lashes because they are scared of the adhesive, or worried that it will come off in the middle of a romantic date. Fear, not ladies, there is an easy application process to make sure they do not come off quickly.

In my experience, Colorbar eyelashes are a good product for beginners, because it has the right volume and is super easy to apply. So let me take you through the step by step guide on how to use your very first pair of false eyelashes.

Applying False Eyelashes: 101

Step 1: Choose Your Product

So the Colorbar eyelashes are available in four different styles, ‘You Complete Me,’ ‘Strike A Pose,’ ‘Lash In The City,’ and ‘Full Nite Out.’ I like extra drama I went with the most intense, ‘Full Nite Out.’

For beginners, It is recommended to use ‘You Complete Me’ since it’s a little more subtle and will help you build confidence to wear fake eyelashes for the first time.

Step 2: Hold The Eyelashes On Your Fingertips and Apply Adhesive

With light fingers, take the eyelashes out of the box and hold them gently. The package comes with a small container that carries the adhesive and a brush.

Pull out the brush and wipe the excess adhesive on the rim, and then line the base of your fake eyelashes with the substance. One clean line should do it. Hold it out to dry for 15 seconds and wait.

Step 3: Apply The Lashes On Your Lash Line

This is the tricky part. Carefully balance the lashes and gently paste it on your lash line. Be careful and make sure it is as close to your natural lash line as possible.

Ideally, the fake lash line should directly be on top of your natural lash line. Once you have got it right, adjust it accordingly, and blink your eyes to check whether it is glued on securely.

Step 4: Accentuate The Lashes With Some Mascara

The final step is to accentuate your Colorbar eyelashes with some mascara. Please make sure there are no clots, and that’s it, girl, you are ready to steal the show!
